  • 1 The Parties:

    (1) Albany Park Limited (trading as “Cignpost Life”) incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 04296341 whose registered office is at Building X92, Cody Technology Park Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 0LX “Cignpost Life”, “we” and “us”); and

    (2) The Customer, referred below as (“you”, or “your”)

  • 2 The Agreement

    2.1 The Amazon gift card terms and conditions set out herein constitute the promotional offer agreement (the “Agreement”).
    2.2 The Cignpost Life website terms and conditions also apply and may be found https://www.cignpostlife.co.uk/terms.

  • 3 Promotion Rules

    3.1 To be eligible, and qualify for an Amazon gift card offer in the value of thirty pounds sterling (£30), your policy purchase (a “Qualifying Policy”) must comply with the following conditions:

    • 3.1.1 the policy purchase must have been started and completed directly online via the Cignpost Life website between 01/08/2021 and 31/08/2021; and
    • 3.1.2 must be for a valid and extant policy with a monthly premium of £10 or above.
    • 3.1.3 You are not receiving or have not received any other offers or discounts from Cignpost Life for the same policy.
    • 3.1.4 Your policy shall have had three monthly payments paid in full before your gift card claim will be eligible;

  • 4 Gift Card Claim/Processing

    4.1 For each Qualifying Policy, once the time period and payments received under clause 3.1.4 has occurred, Cignpost Life will automatically process your gift card claim and you should receive it within a further three (3) to seven (7) weeks.

    4.2 The gift card will (unless you have given us prior information of any change to your email address) be sent to the email address provided by you when purchasing your Qualifying Policy.

  • 5 Term of Promotion

    5.1 Cignpost Life reserves the right to change or withdraw this promotional offer at any time without prior notice to you.

    5.2 Cignpost Life may at its sole discretion cancel your eligibility for an Amazon gift card if we discover or have a reasonable suspicion that the terms of the Agreement are being abused.

    • 6 Gift Card Rules

    6.1 This promotional offer is limited to one gift card per Qualifying Policy.
    6.2 The gift card is personal to you and not transferable.
    6.3 There is no alternative reward available.

  • 8 Law and Jurisdiction

    8.1 This Agreement shall be considered as a contract made in England and according to English law.

    8.2 In the event of any dispute arising between the Parties in connection with this Agreement which cannot be resolved by the Parties immediate contract representatives, senior representatives of the Parties will, within twenty-one (21) days of a written request from either Party to the other, meet in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute without recourse to legal proceedings, failing which this agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and to which both Parties hereby submit.
